Agneepath Pay for Yojna
In addition to the Risk and Hardship allowances available in each of the three services, Agnifers will get a monthly package that is tailored to their needs. One-time "Seva Nidhi" packages totaling Rs. 11.71 Lakh will be paid to Agniveers at the end of their four-year engagement period. Agniveers' contributions, including accrued interest, will be matched by government contributions equal to the accumulated amount of their contributions, including interest. First-year Agniveers may expect to earn around Rs. 4.76 lakh per year, with the compensation rising to Rs. 6.92 lakh per year in the final year.
